Stephen’s Square Building at 81 State Street in the heart of
downtown Binghamton. This garden-themed party room accommodates up
to 300 guests, and is perfect for your wedding, social event, or

Banquets & Catering is proud to be on the approved caterer
list of the Phelps Mansion. The dedicated members of the Monday
Afternoon Club oversee the meticulous care and recent renovation
of this Parlor City gem. A site worth seeing should you be
planning an event for up to 150 guests. The ballroom and mansion
are an ideal atmosphere for your wedding or anniversary party.

open for private parties is the 18th Floor Community Room of
the State Office Building in Downtown Binghamton. With large
picture windows on three sides of the room your guests will
enjoy a birds eye view of our community. From the historic buildings
of Downtown, to the South Side Bridge and flowing rivers, the
view is a conversation piece your guests are sure to remember.
