Florida 2012
I am currently living in LA and moving to Florida in the next month, I was hoping for some guidance from anyone in the Florida area. Originally being from the UK I have a friend who recommended Hotels in Florida (worth a look). So I have booked this up now for early Feb and I will be heading down without the kids as I fancy a break and need a bit of space and time to look around.
I do know some of the areas there but generally the tourist places (i.e. international drive) so could do with some idea of the best places to live, anyone with experience of this please let me know. Ideally I’ll be on a golf course so that the journery to and from work is limited! The people down there tell me that this shouldn’t be an issue as there are a lot of complexes on the or surrounded by the courses.
Let’s see what 2012 holds in Florida! I know this last year has been a tough one with work and being so busy, but hoping the change down to Florida will help things settle down a bit and become a bit less stressful. I am certainly looking forward to a stay in the hotel, it looks very nice. I have found a few hotels in Florida but this website seemed to offer the best rates. I am going to see if I can get myself an upgrade but not sure if I’ll manage it, we’ll just have to see. The next trip down there will be the actual move so I need to make sure I have things in place for then!
